HEAP can help you stay warm! The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) helps eligible low-income Ohioans to heat their homes by providing a one-time payment on the household’s utility or bulk fuel bill during the program season. Ohioans can apply in person or by phone at their local Energy Assistance Provider (EAP) or complete an online application at energyhelp.ohio.gov.
